Be careful, merchant is playing "dirty pool" in my opinion. If your customer opts in to newsletter, he/she is directed back to sales page which in turn re-directs to 1st Shopping Cart checkout page when customer is ready to buy. It bypasses ClickBank completely meaning in short, that you get stiffed the commission! A little sneaky I think, but not the first merchant I've seen do this.
